Returns & Exchanges
We truly hope that you're happy with your NAVAH purchase. However, if you want to return or exchange your purchase, please follow the instructions below.
HOW TO RETURN?
You can return purchased items within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them. The products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging.
- When starting an exchange or return, please email us at hello@navahdesign.com. Make sure to provide us: your name, contact details, copy of the order confirmation and your bank account number for receiving the refund.
- Pack your return carefully and make sure that all products are in their original packaging. To respect the environment, we recommend you to reuse the original package whenever possible.
- Please return your item(s) to following adress:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
When the return is received and accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method. The time for processing a return may take up to 10-15 working days.
HOW TO EXCHANGE?
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order. NAVAH will refund you the shipping cost of the original order.
