GENERAL INFORMATION
ORDERS
You can purchase NAVAH products from navahdesign webshop. You will receive an Order Confirmation by email after placing your order, and a Shipping Confirmation once your order has been sent. Product delivery time is mentioned below the shipping details. Mentioned delivery times are estimated delivery times and the real delivery time may vary depending of delivery destination etc. We may cancel an order if the products ordered are sold out. We will then refund any amount paid and notify you about equivalent products if such are available.
We cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on the webshop is exactly same in reality. The colours can be reflected in different ways depending on your screen and computer settings.
If you have any problems with your transaction or you don’t receive an Order Confirmation, please contact us via email.
PAYMENTS
The products/services and applicable shipping fees will be paid when placing the order. Payments can be made with these payment options below:

Paytrail Plc acts is a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant.
